Providers Accredited to offer Qualifications and Unit Standards
A guide on searching the database of Provider Accreditations
Education and Training Providers are accredited, by Education and Training Quality Assurance Bodies (ETQAs), to offer specific qualifications and unit standards. This database gives the links between Providers and the qualifications and unit standards that they are currently accredited to offer.
QUALIFICATION The formal recognition of the achievement of the required number and range of credits and other requirements at specific levels of the NQF. Determined by the relevant bodies registered by SAQA.	Search for Qualification Accreditations
UNIT STANDARD Registered statement of desired education and training outcomes and its associated assessment criteria together with administrative and other information as specified in the regulations.	Search for Unit Standard Accreditations
All information on qualifications and providers recorded in the National Qualifications Framework is public property. Thus, the only payment that can be made for it is for service and reproduction: it is illegal to sell this material for profit. If the material is reproduced or quoted, the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) should be acknowledged as the source.
